Detox, Lose Weight, and Live Healthier
Sometimes it’s impossible to sift through all the diet fads, quick fixes, and helpful hints on losing weight or toning up. I have a very interesting relationship with my body, and the way people, including myself, view it. As a person of color, I am constantly told that I’m too thin by other people of color. And I’m asked how I maintain it by people not of color. I think I could do more to slim down my belly area, which I think has always been my issue. I found that I’ve been doing one thing, unknowingly, that has been really helping. I’ve been drinking water.
